Obtained temporary injunction on behalf of national cable provider, enjoining attempted termination of bulk services contracts by three condominium associations both “for cause” and pursuant to unit-owner vote.
Successfully represented an international cargo shipping company in an administrative challenge to application by neighboring mega-yacht repair facility for issuance of dock permits.
Secured a defense verdict of $0.00 and prevailing-party attorney’s fees and costs, following a five-day jury trial, where plaintiffs (former tenants) sued defendant (former landlord), seeking damages of more than $1,500,000.00 for personal injuries, pain and suffering, past and future medical bills, and destruction of personal property, allegedly resulting from exposure to “toxic mold” in the rented property.
